Jayne is owner and managing director of UK based retail and brand creative agency, True Story. She spent the early part of her career in PR and marketing in the cosmetics industry before joining global health and wellness business Boots (Walgreen Boots Alliance) Jayne held a number of marketing roles across the organisation, her last one being communications director for Boots plc leading all communication and engagement through the merger with Alliance UniChem.
In January 2007, Jayne became managing director of what is now True Story, a 90 strong creative business, and two years later bought the company, where her talented team help brands and businesses of all sizes connect with their customers.
Jayne is also the founder and CEO of White Hot hair, a specialist haircare range for women who love their white and grey hair. White Hot is a global ecommerce brand with a powerful message of embracing the privilege of aging.
Jayne has held a number of board and trustee roles in organisations and charities focused on international fair trade, children and young people, and local and regional development.
